Therapy That Honors Your Story
Helping you reconnect with your body, your voice, and your power.
Dez Rodriguez, LMHC (she/they) is a Chicana feminist, therapist, educator, and activist who believes that individual healing is essential to building radical, transformative change. She lives and practices in occupied Lenapehoking, the unceded ancestral homelands of the Lenape peoples, which is known today as New York City. Guided by her own lived experiences navigating individual, historical, and collective traumatization as well as healing, she views reclaiming wholeness and joy as a revolutionary act. She offers somatic, relational feminist therapy rooted in decolonial healing, centering: embodiment, relational care, empowerment, and radical hope.
