Therapy That Honors Your Story
Helping you reconnect with your body, your voice, and your power.
Dez Rodriguez, LMHC
Dez (she/they) is a psychotherapist, mental health educator, and activist who envisions a world where mental health is met with compassion —not stigma, and is deeply committed to supporting anyone who has ever felt unseen or misunderstood.
She uses an integrative, liberation-focused approach that honors the complexity of healing from mental health conditions and substance use. Her work values collaboration and holistic healing, drawing insights from neuroscience, psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness, and somatic therapy.
Dez understands the nuance of navigating the modern world while longing for connection, belonging, and meaning. She is passionate about supporting others in cultivating the self-compassion and skills needed to reclaim their sense of wholeness and move toward a life rooted in joy.
Dez lives and works on Lenapehoking, the unceded ancestral homelands of the Lenape peoples also known as New York City.
