Dez Rodriguez, LMHC
Dez (she/they) is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Mental Health Educator who offers culturally affirming, trauma-informed therapy, clinical supervision, workshops rooted in a decolonial, mujerista, liberation psychology. Her work is for those who want to find true alignment in their lives, heal from intergenerational or ancestral wounds, and reclaim the parts of themselves lost while navigating “la frontera”.
Dez lives and works on Lenapehoking, the unceded ancestral homelands of the Lenape peoples also known as New York City.
