Dez Rodriguez, LMHC (she/they) is a Chicana feminist, therapist, educator, and activist who envisions a world where mental health is met with compassion—not stigma. She is deeply committed to supporting anyone who has ever felt unseen, unheard, or misunderstood on their healing journey. Drawing from her extensive training in culturally-affirming, trauma-informed care she specializes in helping women of color, LGBTQ+ folks of color, and adult survivors of childhood trauma reclaim wholeness and joy.
