Ways to Work Together

  • My goal as your therapist is to guide you in a compassionate exploration of your personal history, helping you uncover the root causes of your struggles and empowering you with the knowledge and skills needed for self-compassion and deep healing.

I specialize in helping women of color, LGBTQ+ folks of color, and adult survivors of childhood trauma reclaim their power.

  • My goal as your couples therapist is to help both partners understand each other better, navigate challenges effectively, and foster a healthier relationship overall.

I specialize in helping couples who navigate differences in race, culture, socioeconomic class, immigration status, age, religious background, or communication style.

  • Over the years, I’ve led workshops and events at institutions such as New York University, Columbia University, CUNY, Asians for Mental Health, Active Minds, and many more. I enjoy speaking to the deep connections between identity, community, and healing—offering both practical tools and meaningful connection.

  • As a Certified Mental Health First Aid Instructor I would love to collaborate with organizations, schools, and community groups to expand access to life-saving mental health education.
