Ways to Work Together

  • My goal as your therapist is to guide you through a compassionate exploration of your personal history. Together, we will work to uncover the root causes of your struggles and empower you with the skills needed for self-compassion and deep healing.

I specialize in helping women of color, LGBTQ+ individuals of color, and adult survivors of childhood trauma reclaim their power.

    My areas of expertise include:

    • Depression

    • Obsessionality

    • Fear of abandonment

    • Low self-esteem

    • Panic and anxiety

    • Sex and intimacy

  • My goal as your couples therapist is to help both partners understand each other better, navigate challenges effectively, and foster a healthier relationship.

I specialize in supporting couples as they navigate differences in race, culture, socioeconomic class, immigration status, age, religious background, or communication style.

  • Over the years, I have had the privilege of presenting at institutions such as the City University of New York’s (CUNY) Neurodiversity Conference, NASPA, New York University, Columbia University, Asians for Mental Health, and Active Minds.

I specialize in speaking on the following topics:

    • Resilience despite adversity

    • Latinx/e wellbeing and mental health

    • Intersectionality and disability justice

    • Healing from childhood trauma

  • As a Certified Mental Health First Aid Instructor, I am eager to work with organizations, schools, and community groups to expand access to essential mental health resources. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss how my background and expertise might benefit your community.
