What is your approach to therapy?
I am a trauma-informed therapist with a person-centered approach grounded in Psychodynamic Therapy. I also draw from Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Attachment Theory, and experiential techniques to support a holistic healing journey that considers the mind, body, and spirit.

Do you accept insurance?
Yes, I am in-network with Aetna, Cigna, and Optum.

Do you offer in-person sessions?
No, all my sessions are currently held through a HIPAA compliant telehealth platform.

Do I need to be a person of color or LGBTQ+ individual to work with you?
Although, I have a special interest in working with women of color, LGBTQ+ folks, and adult survivors of childhood trauma— I am happy to work with individuals from all identities.

How do I become a client?
I ask all prospective clients to meet with me for a free 45-minute video consultation. During this time we will talk about what’s bringing you to therapy and what you’re looking for in a therapist. If things feel aligned, then we can schedule you for ongoing weekly appointments.

What is your cancelation policy?
I offer a 24 hour cancelation policy. I ask that clients cancel at least 24 hours otherwise a cancellation fee of $100 applies.

How long does therapy usually last?
The length of therapy depends on your individual needs and goals. I recommend clients commit to at least 3 months of regular sessions to witness growth and change. Therapy is a collaborative process, and we’ll regularly review your progress and adjust as needed.
