Therapy That Honors Your Story
Helping you reconnect with your body, your voice, and your power.
Hi, I’m Dez (she/they).
As a Chicana feminist, therapist, educator, photographer, and activist, I envision a world where mental health is met with deep compassion—not stigma. I am dedicated to supporting anyone who has ever felt unseen, unheard, or misunderstood on their journey toward healing.
Drawing from decolonial and holistic wellness practices, I offer trauma-informed and culturally affirming care. I specialize in helping women of color, LGBTQ+ folks of color, and adult survivors of childhood trauma reclaim their wholeness, power, and joy. Thank you for being here. I am thrilled to walk with you.
